Yes, non-EU citizens can purchase property in Cyprus. We will help with all necessary paperwork and permits. If you invest from €300,000, you can apply for permanent residence (PR) – we will provide full support under this program.
Yes. We cooperate with experienced lawyers and provide full legal support: document verification, execution of a purchase and sale agreement, property registration, support in obtaining a permanent residence permit, etc.
- New buildings: subject to VAT at a rate of 19% or a preferential 5% (subject to certain conditions).
- Secondary market: no VAT, only title fees.
- Legal and notary services: approximately 1% of the property value.

Yes, many of our clients invest in real estate for rental income. We can help you find properties with high rental potential and provide rental management services if needed.
