What we do and how a purchase is completed
We help buyers find property in Paphos: we select options, arrange viewings, explain the process and stay with you through it. Consultations are free and there is 0% commission for the buyer — you pay the developer's list price, the same as buying direct.
Transactions themselves are completed through our licensed partner, Tsokkas Estate Agency, which has worked in the Cypriot market since 1988 and is registered with the Cyprus Estate Agents Registration Council. Contractual relations concerning the purchase arise between you, the seller and, where relevant, that partner — not with this website.
The information published here is indicative
Descriptions, prices, availability, areas, floor plans, renderings and completion dates come from developers and partners. They can change without notice, and a unit shown as available may already be reserved by the time you enquire.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a reservation or a contract. Prices are shown in euro and may exclude VAT, transfer fees, stamp duty, legal costs and other charges, unless the page says otherwise. Before making a decision, always confirm the current details with us and check the documentation with your own lawyer.
Photographs and visualisations of unfinished projects illustrate the developer's intention and may differ from the finished building.
Articles and guides are not legal or tax advice

We link to developer websites, government resources and other third-party pages for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes that we cannot settle between us are heard by the competent courts of Cyprus.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
