The building stands about a kilometre from the city centre and the old town, with a restaurant 100 m away, a supermarket at 500 m and a school within a kilometre. Pafiako Stadium, Kings Avenue Mall and the Limassol highway junction are a few minutes by car; the airport is 20 km. The nearest beach is 5 km away — this is a town address, not a coastal one, and that is the trade-off for being able to walk to the market, the banks and the clinics.
