A supermarket is 450 m away and schools about 500 m — both walkable — while the large private Metropolitan Hospital is under construction a few hundred metres from the site. The beaches of Chloraka and Kissonerga are 4.5 km downhill, the city centre a fifteen-minute drive, and the airport 17.5 km.
