The community lines the central road of Emba yet steps back from the traffic, on the village's southern edge where the new-build quarter is growing. A supermarket is 450 m and schools 500 m — both walkable — and the site's defining neighbour is the Metropolitan Private Hospital, a major medical facility under construction a short walk away. The coast is 4.5 km, Paphos city about fifteen minutes by car, and the airport 17.5 km.

The seven villas of types A1 and A2 come with a private 3.5×7.6 m pool; of those, villa 2 at €590,000 is the one still available. All other villas use the large communal pool and kids' pool, with a private pool offered as a €20,000 option.
