Resort-Style Apartments with Pools and Spa in Universal, Paphos
Ten buildings, 200 apartments and more shared facilities than any other project in our Paphos portfolio. The development is built in two phases. The first four buildings come with a resort pool and a children's pool set in landscaped courtyards; the second phase adds six more buildings, a hotel-style lobby, a second pool, a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a restaurant and an indoor kids' club.
Day-to-day life is organised around movement and community: a gym plus an outdoor training area, indoor and outdoor yoga decks, a jogging path, a padel court, a playground with trampoline, lounge corners and a resident events programme. A café and boutique market cover daily basics without leaving the grounds.
The sales list currently offers 52 apartments across both phases: studios from €265,000, two-bedroom apartments from €511,000 and three-bedroom apartments up to €995,000. Twenty-seven units are also approved for the developer's managed rental scheme — relevant if you plan to let the apartment rather than live in it year-round. Completion is scheduled for October 2028.

What comes with the development
Location
The development sits in Universal — a flat, fast-growing residential district behind the Kato Paphos seafront. The promenade is about ten minutes on foot, and the everyday essentials — supermarkets, the shopping mall, schools and clinics — are all within a short drive. Universal is also where several of our other projects are located: by the future linear park, family apartments and studios.
